The Technology Department is working to develop a remote support structure for assistance with distance learning. Please check back here for more information on tools and resources that we will be utilizing to support this remote structure.
  
GJPS Staff:
Please continue to use the HelpDesk to submit requests. Our main phone is being utilized for Parent and Student phone calls, so HelpDesk is the best way to get a hold of us and keep things organized. We may use remote support tools like Chrome Remote Desktop to help you.

Attention Parents and Students:
Please use the Google Form at the following link to request support from the Technology Department: https://forms.gle/RmwiSdx12ctVe7Xd7. Please keep an eye on your email for communication on resolving your problem or scheduling a time for us to call. Our Tech team is utilizing Google Meet to make phone calls, by default the phone number will be unfamiliar and may appear as spam on your phone.
